These terms govern use of our website and the tree care work we provide. By using the site, requesting an estimate, hiring us, or agreeing to texts, you agree to these terms.

The site is for information and estimate requests. Content may change. We do not promise that every page is complete or error-free. You may not copy the site to run a competing business or misuse forms (spam, fake requests).
Estimates and quotes
An estimate is our best price based on what we can see and what you tell us. It is not a final bill until the work is done and conditions match the quote.
Prices can change if:
- The job is larger or more complex than described
- Access, weather, underground utilities, or hidden decay change the work
- You add or change the scope
We will talk with you before doing extra paid work when we reasonably can.
Estimates expire on the date shown on the quote. If no date is listed, they expire after 30 days.
Authorization
By accepting a quote, signing, paying a deposit, or telling us to proceed (including by text or email), you authorize the work described and confirm you have the right to approve work on that property.
You are responsible for marking private utilities (irrigation, lighting, septic) when needed and for access we agreed on (gates, vehicles, pets).
The work
We perform tree care in a professional manner consistent with accepted arboricultural practice. Trees are living things. We cannot guarantee a tree will never fail, get sick, or need more work later.
We are not responsible for damage that comes from hidden rot, unmarked utilities, or conditions we could not reasonably see before starting, except as required by Texas law or our insurance.
Weather and scheduling
Storms, high wind, lightning risk, and other jobs can change the schedule. We will update you when we can. Emergency work may be billed at emergency rates if we told you that up front.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We may ask for a deposit before scheduling. Unpaid invoices may accrue the late terms printed on the invoice. You are responsible for card or processing fees if those are disclosed when you pay.
Photos
We may take photos of the trees and the job for our records, insurance, and (unless you ask us not to) our website or social media. We will not post your street number or face if you tell us not to.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and agree to texts, we may text about estimates, scheduling, job updates, invoices, and similar service messages.

Consent to texts is not required to get an estimate or hire us. You can use phone or email instead.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Texas law, our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost use of the property, lost business, and the like) except where the law does not allow that limit.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. The current version lives on this page.
